You have a period of 30 days from the date of the repair or product receipt to notify us if you’re not satisfied with the quality of the repair.
2. Initiating a Return
If you’d like to request a return or are unsatisfied with your service:
- a. Contact our customer support team at support@techsavvyatl.com with your order number, details about the product, and the reason for the return.
- b. Our team will review your request and guide you through the subsequent steps.
3. Product Requirements
For a successful return:
- a. The product should be in the same condition as you received it after our repair.
- b. Include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
- c. Products damaged after the repair, due to misuse or neglect, will not be eligible for a return.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the product:
- a. Our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. In most repair case
- b. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-14 working days. For repair services, the device will be repaired again per our 30 Days repair warranty.
5. Fees & Costs
While we aim to be as accommodating as possible:
- a. Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
- b. If the product is found to be damaged due to reasons not covered by our warranty or after the return window, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
6. Exceptions

- a. Items damaged due to external factors after the repair, such as water damage, drops, etc.
- b. Products that were tampered with or repaired elsewhere after our service.
